Russia claims drones and aerial balloons attacked Moscow and Ryazan

Central regions of Russia have faced a new wave of drone attacks. The Russian capital, Moscow, and Ryazan were targeted, according to Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin and Russian media.
According to Sobyanin, at least three drones were shot down while approaching the Russian capital. Emergency services are working at the sites where debris fell.
Due to the threat, takeoffs and landings at Moscow airports have been temporarily restricted.
In addition to strike drones, Russian authorities reported for the first time a threat from a small-sized aerial balloon. Warnings were issued in Ryazan and the Ryazan region.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, this concerns a new type of aerial target, and a high alert regime was introduced.
Russian authorities stated that air defense forces continue to "repel attacks" and maintain control over the situation in the regions.
Attacks on Moscow
On the night of October 31 to November 1, a large-scale power outage was recorded in the Moscow region, leaving thousands of residents without electricity.
According to local Telegram channels, around 11:00 p.m. local time, the city suddenly went dark, with streets and homes plunged into darkness.
The administration of Zhukovsky confirmed that the cause was an "emergency situation in the power system."
At the same time, Russian authorities haven't provided a detailed explanation of the incident, increasing uncertainty over the reasons for the large-scale blackout.
On the evening of October 27, there were reports in the Russian media about unknown drones allegedly attacking Moscow. Explosions were reported in the Moscow region.

Ukrainians blew up Polish rail line – Tusk

Two Ukrainians have been identified as the suspected perpetrators behind two acts of sabotage targeting a railway line between Warsaw and Lublin on Monday, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk told the parliament on Tuesday. According to him, the suspects sought to provoke a train crash.
The prime minsiter accused the suspects of working “with the Russian intelligence for a long time.” According to Tusk, both alleged perpetrators fled to Belarus after the incidents.
A military-grade C4 explosive charge was used in a least one of the incidents, Tusk said, adding that a 300-meter-long cable was used to detonate it.
The National Prosecutor’s Office also confirmed that a cable “that was most likely used to set off the explosive” was discovered.
Another incident involved a steel clamp on a track to cause a derailment, Tusk said. The alleged perpetrators also left a smartphone with a power bank at the scene to record a potential incident, he added.
The prime minister called the two incidents “the most serious” security situation over the past years. “A certain line has been crossed,” he said.
Warsaw’s statements show that Russophobia is “flourishing” in Poland, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, commenting on the developments on Tuesday.
It would be “surprising if they had not accused Russia” of being behind the incident, he added.
Peskov went on to say that it’s not the first time the Ukrainians have been suspected of “acts of sabotage and terrorism” within Western nations.
Kiev’s backers “fail to put two and two together,” he argued, warning that the West is “playing with fire” and could face “dire consequences” if it continues to do so.
The C4-like explosives were originally developed by the British during World War II and reintroduced as Composition C family by the US military.
The C4 variant was developed in the US in 1950s. Russia does not produce C4 explosives and relies on its own types of plastic explosives known as PVV family that were developed back in the USSR.
In September, Moscow warned that Kiev could be planning false-flag operations in Romania or Poland to frame Russia for them.
The attacks could escalate into a third world war, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warned at the time, citing reports in Hungarian media alleging that Ukraine intended to stage acts of sabotage in neighboring NATO nations.

Ukrainian drone strikes damage Saky Thermal Power Plant in Crimea – social media

In temporarily occupied Crimea, the Saky Thermal Power Plant has been damaged as a result of strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
That is according to analysts from the Dnipro OSINT project, who examined satellite images, Ukrinform reports.
The published satellite image shows significant damage to part of the main building at the energy facility.
The exact timing of the strike and the type of weapons used have not been specified.
Earlier reports indicated that explosions in the Saky area were heard on November 13, 14, and 16. A strike on the Saky TPP was also reported on October 14. Damage was then visible on the equipment of one of the chimneys.

Satellite Images Reveal Ukrainian Drone Strike on Russia’s Secretive Orion UAV Base

Ukrainian drones struck the Kirovske airbase in Russian-occupied Crimea on November 13, damaging infrastructure used to operate Russian Orion unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Satellite images released by the open-source intelligence channel Dnipro Osint reveal scorched areas near drone hangars and destroyed ground equipment.
According to Dnipro Osint, satellite photographs dated November 17 show visible burn marks and debris near structures used to support the Orion drone program.
The Kirovske airbase has been a key hub for the deployment, maintenance, and launch of Russian Orion reconnaissance-strike drones, which are actively used in operations against Ukraine.
The Ukrainian General Staff confirmed that the drone strike was carried out by the 1st Center of Unmanned Systems. In the same operation, Ukrainian forces also targeted a parking area for Russian helicopters located at the same airfield.
The Orion UAV, developed by Russia’s Kronshtadt Group, has a wingspan of approximately 16 meters and a length of around 8 meters.
It can carry a payload of up to 200 kilograms, has a maximum takeoff weight of 1.2 tons, and is capable of operating at altitudes up to 7,000 meters for up to 24 hours. Its operational range is estimated between 1,000 and 1,500 kilometers.
The drone is equipped with four hardpoints for various types of guided munitions, including compact air-to-ground missiles and precision-guided bombs. In recent operations, Russia has reportedly used the Orion to deploy the small cruise missile S8000 “Banderol.”
The Kirovske airbase has served as a strategic point for monitoring Ukraine’s coastal zones and for launching strikes on maritime drones used by Ukrainian forces.

Drone Attacks and Demolitions Persist in Gaza despite Ceasefire Framework

Israeli occupation forces carried out new air raids and continued the demolition of buildings beyond the so-called yellow line in the eastern and southern Gaza Strip.
The escalation comes one day after Palestinians were killed and injured in similar strikes across the enclave.
Al-Jazeera’s correspondent reported that Israeli forces are maintaining military activity east of Gaza City, where warplanes bombed and destroyed additional buildings beyond the yellow line.
This was accompanied by artillery fire and machine-gun shooting from military vehicles stationed in the designated zone.
In Khan Yunis, southern Gaza, Israeli aircraft launched further strikes east of the city behind the yellow line, while drones heavily patrolled the area.
The so-called yellow line represents the boundary to which Israeli forces withdrew under the first phase of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 10.
Earlier, a medical source confirmed that a child was killed by Israeli drone fire in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
An Israeli drone also targeted a group of Palestinians in the same area, injuring two. A medical source at the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital said one of the wounded is in critical condition.
Ten additional people were injured when a drone dropped munitions near a school housing displaced families in the Al-Daraj neighborhood of Gaza City.
Medical staff at the Baptist Hospital reported that one of the injured children is in serious condition.
Meanwhile, in northern Gaza, a Palestinian was killed and several others were injured following Israeli drone strikes in the Atatra area of Beit Lahia.
According to the latest update from the Gaza Ministry of Health, 266 Palestinians have been killed and 635 wounded since the ceasefire took effect.
Overall, the ministry reports that the ongoing Israeli military campaign has resulted in the killing of 69,483 Palestinians and the injury of 170,706 others since October 7, 2023.

Luna, who chairs the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, argues that lawmakers and taxpayers are being shut out of programmes that may involve advanced aircraft and unexplained phenomena.
Her comments, made during interviews with The Joe Rogan Experience, FOX 13 Tampa Bay, and the Hindustan Times, have reignited debate over how the US government handles sensitive UAP material — and whether elected officials truly have oversight.
Luna Says Classified Evidence Shows Craft 'Not Made By Mankind'
Luna told Joe Rogan that she has viewed classified photographs inside a secure federal facility, claiming the objects depicted were 'not made by mankind.'
She said whistle-blowers and military personnel have repeatedly described encounters with craft capable of manoeuvres that defy physics.
Several sources, she insisted, referred to the operators of these craft as 'interdimensional beings' — entities capable of moving 'outside of time and space.'
Luna clarified that she has not seen aliens or open portals herself, but said: 'I have seen photographic evidence in a SCIF, where I was briefed.'
She suggested that descriptions from ancient texts, including missing biblical writings, may echo similar encounters.
She argues that congressional oversight is being obstructed by limited access to both the data and funding behind these projects, according to Hindustan Times.
In an interview with FOX 13 Tampa Bay, Luna pressed:
'Why can't we see some of these classified videos and information that seem to be operating under a black Congressional budget? … Congress is not being given access to money that we're spending.'
She added that the lack of access is both a national security and democratic accountability issue: 'If these are programs … responsible for … billions of dollars being lost … that could be going towards other things.'

"We have naval personnel telling me that we have sightings … of these underwater crafts that they're chasing," notes Burchett, a Republican who has represented the Knoxville, Tennessee, area since 2019.
The underwater crafts "they're chasing are doing hundreds of miles an hour, and the best we've got is something that does maybe just a little bit under 40 miles an hour," he said.
His stunning comments are only the latest to raise the specter of aliens hiding on Earth.
'Proof' Of Aliens
Just last year, Dr. Bill Birnes, New York Times bestselling author of UFOs and the White House, claimed he has proof aliens settled on Earth centuries ago and are monitoring our evolutionary progress from these underwater bases.
As far back as Christopher Columbus' 1492 voyage to the New World, sailors – and pilots in more recent times – have reported seeing mysterious crafts dramatically emerge from the oceans and soar into space.
Shortly after Burchett's startling revelations, Dr. Michael Salla, an authority on UFOs, revealed he once interviewed a U.S. Army whistleblower who said he'd visited one of the alien bases – a domed installation with a pyramid inside, located in deep water off the Bahamas.

U.S. Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Alexandro Wiggins testified during a September 9 congressional hearing on UFOs that he was aboard the USS Jackson off the coast of Southern California in 2023 when a "self-luminous Tic Tac-shaped object emerged from the ocean before linking up with three other similar objects" right in front of him.
"The orb then disappeared simultaneously with a high, synchronized, near-instantaneous acceleration," Wiggins testified to the dumbstruck committee.
"What I observed and what our crew recorded was not consistent with conventional aircraft or drones."

U.N. Security Council Resolution on Gaza Passes, Trump Named Chairman of ‘Board of Peace’

The United Nations Security Council passed a resolution on Monday in support of President Donald Trump’s 20-point peace plan in Gaza, and Trump has been named chairman of the Board of Peace.
The resolution passed the council 13-0-2, endorsing the president’s plan, which Hamas agreed to on October 8 and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan officially endorsed in a signing with Trump on October 13.
“Congratulations to the World on the incredible Vote of the United Nations Security Council, just moments ago, acknowledging and endorsing the BOARD OF PEACE, which will be chaired by me, and include the most powerful and respected Leaders throughout the World,” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.
“This will go down as one of the biggest approvals in the History of the United Nations, will lead to further Peace all over the World, and is a moment of true Historic proportion!” he added.
Trump thanked all countries on the council, in addition to the countries that endorsed the resolution last week ahead of the vote, but are not on the council, including Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates
“Thank you to the United Nations, and all of the Countries on the U.N. Security Council, China, Russia, France, The United Kingdom, Algeria, Denmark, Greece, Guyana, South Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, and Somalia,” he added.
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz released a statement reading in part:
The Board will coordinate the delivery of humanitarian assistance, facilitate Gaza’s development, and support a technocratic committee of Palestinians responsible for day-to-day operations of Gaza’s civil service and administration while the Palestinian Authority fully implements its reform program.
The resolution today provides troop-contributing countries with the framework they need for moving forward with the International Stabilization Force and global financial institutions the mechanisms they need for channeling investment, respectively.
The former will support a region free from Hamas’ grip; and the latter, Gaza’s reconstruction and development.
The path to prosperity, colleagues, requires security first. Security is the oxygen that governance, that development needs to live and to thrive.
The International Stabilization Force will stabilize the security environment—support the demilitarization of Gaza, dismantle terrorist infrastructure, decommission weapons, and maintain the safety of Palestinian civilians.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio called the resolution’s passage a “historic milestone” in a post on X.
“Today’s UN Security Council resolution endorsing President Trump’s 20-Point Peace Plan is a historic milestone in building a peaceful and prosperous Gaza governed by the Palestinian people—not Hamas,” he wrote.
“[President Trump] is advancing real, measurable change in the region. With this vote, we’re closer than ever to achieving a demilitarized, deradicalized, and stable Gaza,” he added.
