What are your opinion's on reinstating the Original 'Thirteenth Article of Amendment' to the Constitution for the United States. The 'Titles of Nobility Amendment'.
Wikipedia says it hasn't been ratified yet, but is still open. However, Wikipedia has misrepresented, (Damn, they have been down-right wrong) in the past, as to what it present as facts.

I feel there is enough cause to investigate the situation, and you now have the means and ways to find out what happened to this 'Article'. Also, that 'Article' may help you clean out the 'Swamp'.
For I firmly believe, that you will find it very hard, nigh impossible, to 'Drain the Swamp'
with 'Gators' in your Cabinet.
