Penalties under Article 92 of the uniform Code of Military Justice
(1) Violation of a Lawful General Order or Regulation:
Dishonorable discharge
Forfeiture of all pay and allowances
Confinement for up to 2 years
(2) Failure to Obey Other Lawful Orders:
Bad-conduct discharge
Forfeiture of all pay and allowances
Confinement for up to 6 months
They that are giving this advise are not military and cannot suffer the consequences
but a soldier can and will if they follow this poor advice
