Any law repugnant to the Constitution is void. Anyone enforcing any law that violates rights, even when "on the books", is committing deprivation of rights under color of law, a federal crime.

Furthermore, Arizona tried creating a minimum distance in law of just eight feet for approaching and recording law enforcement, it was ruled unconstitutional because it's just that, unconstitutional. We the People have the RIGHT to approach and record from close enough to see and hear, as long as we do not physically interfere. Mere presence cannot be considered a threat.
