Scouted out this hotel 21C (naked gold David) back in May on a trip to KY. Creepy AF. Should have done more research and stayed elsewhere, but got some interesting pics, (front desk decorations) and some bourbon.
They most certainly were naked children.
Betting big bucks this is where J. Podesta the molesta stays in Louisville. Also houses a modern art 'museum'. Only one other piece as creepy as the front desk. Pic not planted in my meme farm, though obtainable.
