Military is not governed by civilian laws. Their oath is to the constitution. There is a uniform code of conduct that the military adheres to. They have their own courts and prisons.
Read the armed forces code of conduct and oaths. Congress critters are setting themselves up for arrest for sedition and treason. As long as the order doesn't violate the constitution or uniform code of conduct they must obey or surrender their rank and turn themselves in to the military police.
