Carrying out an order that is unlawful is just as bad as giving an unlawful order in the first place.
It is the Nuremburg defense, 'Sorry I was only carrying out orders' is not a defense if you know that the order is unlawful.
You are deemed to be equally culpable as the person giving the order.
