We see many articles with '11.3 (KC) in them.

Am wondering if this indicates the person/a person in the article has been arrested/indicted? We are literally seeing a KC in the lame stream media daily, Sometimes multiple times daily.

 

Proof to begin 11.3 - (a KC in the story) could be a signifier that that is proof that a person has been indicted and/or arrested.

Also that some info relates back to heads of state…
