President Trump issued an executive order directing the Department of Justice to investigate and prosecute individuals who burn the American flag, even though flag burning is protected under the First Amendment, by focusing on other crimes that may occur alongside it.

The fact he said it's for flag burning makes it conspiracy against rights beyond any shadow of doubtโ€ฆ and it was done in purpose.

 

You might want to get your head out of the sand and look at just how willing many "order" followers are to violate rights.

Any law repugnant to the Constitution is void, and enforcing it is a federal crime under 18 USC 242.
