I can think of hundreds of uses for something like this and during outages, it will be a God send. This was already on of the top 5 door dash bikes due to it's 100 mile range but this is absolutely genius as all other solutions would require carrying around a separate power station and cabling, limiting cargo carrying capacity. This solution does not alter capacity in any way. The older models could also carry about another 15 amp battery in frame itself and they are keeping the same frame so that could mean a total of 70amps at 48 or 56 volts plus the ability to solar charge anywhere. This show charge even faster than the 8 volt charger they use to have, which would require 7.5 to fully charge from empty, so many be in 3 hours. Wild.
