Hiya anon! It's simple! I'm trying to access 4chan via different VPN's but it seems like nothing is working! They banned my original IP too so I'm pretty much locked out and not even the "captcha" seems to load anymore.
Maybe you are right but I don't think so anon. The other chan site is a little too inactive for my taste so I am trying to find alternative routes for communication. The owners of sites like these seem to just abandon them due to boredom. Hopefully I will be able to understand what is going on here because currently I have no idea. The same pictures seem to be re-posted quite a lot?
Wait a minute! I was under the impression that this board was quite "libertarian" and protected freedom of speech for all its users? I was recommended here by some chat message on rumble by quite serious freedom loving people. Those deletions must have been spam and flooding because this website doesn't seem to have a cooldown timer for posters.

Yes I agree they all seem to follow the same free open source openchan/kusaba php script too. I was thinking of hosting a copy of it myself and see how it goes but I'm not sure if its worth the time when there are so many chan alts available already.

It is always a little strange coming to a new chan the css is often a little different and everyone seems to be having "clicks" in certain boards for all kinds of reasons. It seems to me like it still takes some time to acclimatize to new boards even if they are similar in their core function.

It surprises me how eager people are to ruin a chan site when the same people that spam/flood/shill also avoid being on main stream platforms. Its almost like some people can't be happy no matter what and they have to just ruin everything.

This house costs at least £5 Million! But I bet I could personally build it (with just one assistant) in 5-10 years for less than $500k.
You can learn all the house building you need online too, step by step and its not harder than programming or stuff like that! I also think a lot of "online people" exaggerate the difficulty of house building and "handy-work"!

I agree anon! It is simply interesting to me how far the prices have spiraled that they no longer even approximately represent the material or labor cost to build these houses. They have become like a "debt trap" more than actual market adjusted products as far as I can tell. Because why would someone take a "debt for life" when they can build it themselves for 1/10th of the price within a few years? This way you can also build a much bigger house and afford greater luxury too. Yet the "zoomers" would rather be lazy and dream of these houses and watch them on tv, it make no sense. Building a house isn't as complicated as building a car and just because its "bigger" doesn't make it more "complex".
It's almost as if people have a pathological fear of building houses and this makes them take exorbitant loans.
Are you saying its material costs would exceed 500k or not I'm not sure what you mean anon? What does TYVEK have to do with this. Obviously its an option when setting up the walls but I'm not sure what you mean exactly?
I agree the plot could be expensive maybe even more than the house in some cases. But that image alone looks like it could be somewhere "innawoods" too. I am certain there are plots for cheaper than $100k that can fit that house it doesn't need to be close to the city. I think a lot of people could have extremely higher quality houses (and lives too) if they had the balls to build them. But the boomer parents seems to have pushed for "buy with le debt" quite hard.
