Correct me If I'm wrong but It seems like 10% of the people are taking up 90% of the posts judging (roughly by the content of the posts)?

So my friend in Canada got his driveways stolen a few days ago! It is a very odd theft and they haven't caught the thief yet but its rumored that they (the criminals) are selling the drive way in the black market.
Does this often happen in Canada and how do they steal drive ways? How do they do this without anyone suspecting a crime or calling the police? How do you guys protect and secure your driveways?
It's no joke it was on the news quite recently!
And everybody thinks its some kind of funny joke but his house was completely ruined and it might cost $10k to repair this since they damaged the piping too.
