I am confident that I have probably worked with more H1bs than 99.999% of the people out there, which are 85% from India as a programmer, domain admin, DBA, webmaster, and build engineer, to name a few, in F50 companies including Wall street. Most Americans were fired the year before 911 in lieu of H1bs, and I can tell you for a fact, after working with around 100k of them, I only met 2 from India that I say were actually top tier. When you consider who has been scamming our seniors out their retirements with fake MS and Apple tech scams, it is always India. They were brought in by the cabal for BRIICS reallocation over the US dollar, fact. I saw many senior certified technicians being replaced by the controlling cabal management over the years These Americans had some of the toughest, most sought after IT certifications, requiring in the vicinity of 9 certifications in such as CCIE, Java Architect, MSCE + I, Security, and A+ hardware certs. As a DBA on top corporate databases and as an advanced SQL programmer, I saw first hand salaries and bonuses of all employees, including contractors, management, even legal advisors when the tobacco firms had Class A action lawsuits, plus the fines that they paid. I can tell you for a fact at that time, these H1bs were paid our salaries with no discounts, when they were paid less it was because they paid less for no certifications or degrees.
