Defendants Pope Francis Bergoglio, Catholic Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Pachon and Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby were found guilty of rape, torture, murder and trafficking of children. Five judges of the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels determined that the crimes occurred as recently as 2010. Since last March over 48 eyewitnesses have come forward to testify before this ICLCJ Court about the defendants’ activities as members of the Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult.

The Ninth Circle Satanic Cult was said to do child sacrifices at Roman Catholic cathedrals in Montreal, New York, Rome, Scotland, London, Carnarvon Castle in Wales, an undisclosed French Chateau in Holland and at Canadian Catholic and Anglican Indian residential schools in Kamloops, British Columbia and Brantford, Ontario Canada. The Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult was believed to use privately owned forest groves in the US, Canada, France and Holland for their “Human Hunting Parties” for global elites including members of European royal families. Teens were said to be obtained by the mafia, then stripped naked, raped, hunted down and killed. The Chief Prosecutor stated. “The Catholic Church is the world’s largest corporation and appears to be in collusion with the mafia, governments, police and courts worldwide.”

Two adolescent women told the ICLCJ Court that Pope Francis raped them while participating in child sacrifices. Eight other eyewitnesses confirmed their allegations of being witness to rape and child sacrifices. The Ninth Circle Satanic Cult were said to take place during the Springs of 2009 and 2010 in rural Holland and Belgium.

Pope Francis was also found to be a perpetrator in satanic child sacrifice rites while acting as an Argentine priest and Bishop according to a sealed document obtained from the Vatican archives. A second record dated Dec. 25 1967 called the Magisterial Privilege was said to show that every new Pope was required to participate in Ninth Circle Satanic Cult ritual sacrifices of newborn children, including drinking their blood. The documents were presented to the ICLCJ Court by a prominent Vatican official and a former Vatican Curia employee.

Last month an investigator for the Irish Garda Police Force testified before the five judges and 27 jury members that marks on the bones of nearly 796 children found in an Irish Roman Catholic Nun septic tank indicated they had been ritually killed. The witness testified that forensic experts had confirmed the decapitation and dismemberment of the babies in the mass grave resembled the usual signs of ritualistic murder or child sacrifice.

A BBC documentary exposed a fifty-year scandal of child trafficking by the Catholic church in Spain. Over 300,000 babies were stolen from their parents up to the 1990s. Mothers were told their babies died and were buried in mass graves. The Catholic Church was said to have made $20 billion dollars on the adoptions.

Another witness testified that they were present during Pope Francis’ meetings with the military Junta during Argentine’s 1970’s Dirty War. According to the witness, Pope Francis helped traffic 30,000 children of missing political prisoners into an international child exploitation ring run by an office at the Vatican.

An ABC News special stated the “Documents from Vatican secret archives presented to court clearly indicate that for centuries the Jesuits had a premeditated plan to ritually murder kidnapped newborn babies and then consume their blood,” the ICLCJ Court Chief Prosecutor told the five international judges and 27 jury members. “The plan was born of a twisted notion to derive spiritual power from the lifeblood of the innocent, thereby assuring political stability of the Papacy in Rome. These acts are not only genocidal but systemic and institutionalized in nature. Since at least 1773, they appear to have been performed by the Roman Catholic Church, Jesuits and every Pope.”

An ongoing, permanent inquiry was organized to investigate & prosecute others involved in possible crimes uncovered at the ICLCJ Court. On 9/1/2014 an inquiry was scheduled to begin entitled the Permanent Commission into Child Trafficking and Ritual Sacrifice. Further litigation was expected to follow.

The 48 eyewitnesses identified their perpetrators as Catholic Popes Francis Bergoglio, John Paul II and Joseph Ratzinger; Anglican, United Church of Canada and Catholic Church officials including Cardinals and Catholic Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Pachon; the UK’s Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip, Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and High Court Justice Judge Fulford; in the Netherlands: Dutch and Belgian cardinals and royals including Dutch Crown Prince Alfrink Bernhard, King Hendrick, consort to Queen Wilhelmina of Holland, Queen Beatrix, her father and vice-Roy, Prince Johan Friso and his wife Mabel Wisse Smit, former ministers, the top man of the Dutch army force and the under secretary of the Raad van State; officials of the Canadian, Australian, UK and US military and governments including the USA’s CIA, plus prominent government ministers, judges, politicians and businessmen of the US, Belgium, Holland, Canada, Australia, France, Ireland and the UK.

Arrest warrants on People v. Bergoglio et all were issued on July 19 2014. Court records would remain sealed for now according to yesterday’s ITCCS press release. The first ICLCJ Court regarded 50,000 missing Canadian native children. The court ended in Feb. 2013 guilty verdicts for 40 global elites including Queen Elizabeth.

The 50,000 native children went missing from those Canadian and mainly Catholic-owned residential schools. Over 34 child mass grave sites have been identified at some of those 80 native residential schools across Canada. Since 2008 Queen Elizabeth and the Canadian Government have continuously refused ITCCS’s requests for excavation.

The possible reason was not surprising. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip were convicted in the disappearance of ten native children from the Kamloops residential school in British Columbia on October 10 1964. Parents haven’t seen their children since. The litigation also appeared to result in Pope Ratzinger’s resignation

LET IT BE KNOWN that the flesh and blood man JORGE MARIO BERGOGLIO, as the liable head fiduciary officer of the Vatican Incorporated and the Roman Catholic Church, has been duly convicted in a Common Law Court of Justice of Crimes against Humanity and Complicity in a Criminal Conspiracy, including the trafficking and death of children. ACCORDINGLY, an International Common Law Arrest Warrant has been issued for the immediate apprehension of BERGOGLIO as a convicted felon and a threat to the safety of children. This Warrant has been recognized by INTERPOL and by judicial and police agencies in Spain, America, Russia and Serbia.

Under the terms of this Warrant and International Law, you are obligated and required to assist in the detaining of BERGOGLIO and any of his accomplices, and to refrain from aiding and abetting him or any of the agents of the transnational criminal syndicate known as the Vatican. If you fail to do so you can and will be charged under the law with obstructing justice and colluding in Crimes against Humanity.

Four common law peace officers who were assaulted and beaten by Vatican security forces on June 21 are suing “Pope Francis”, Jorge Bergoglio, in a European court of law. The four men had attempted to enforce a lawful arrest warrant on Bergoglio when they suffered an unprovoked attack by Vatican police who were acting under the direct orders and “command responsibility” of Bergoglio.

The four plaintiffs filed a Statement of Claim today that names Jorge Bergoglio as well as five prominent Europeans as parties to “an aggravated assault with murderous intent designed to obstruct justice and aid and abet a criminal conspiracy involving child torture and sacrifice, known as the Ninth Circle”.

The plaintiffs’ Claim was also filed with the Criminal Trial Division of the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels, which in February 2013 successfully convicted and deposed Pope Benedict and three top Vatican officials for Crimes against Humanity.

“Pope Francis” and the other defendants will be duly served a Summons this week to appear in court and answer these charges, including their knowledge of and involvement in the Ninth Circle coven and the disappearance of eight children from Catholic church facilities in Switzerland and Italy.

In Rome today, a source in the Vatican stated that a special conclave of the Curia, the governing College of Cardinals, has been convened to discuss whether to ask for the immediate resignation of “Pope Francis”, Jorge Bergoglio.

According to the source, the Cardinals are concerned about Bergoglio’s upcoming visit to Ireland where local common law Sheriffs plan to detain him under the same standing arrest warrant that the assaulted peace officers in Geneva tried to enforce. To quote the source,

“If they’re going to get rid of Il Papa (Bergoglio) it will be before August 25, when he is scheduled to lead a public mass in Dublin. There’s a feeling of dread among the Cardinals, that there is too much attention on Il Papa and his associations, like there was on Benedict. The Cardinals are protecting their cult and their money.”

Imprisoned Common Law Sheriffs released after legal intervention; Charges to be brought against Vatican employees and Pope Francis ; Vatican places media blackout on Geneva events

The four common law Sheriffs who were assaulted and detained by Vatican employees acting under the direction of “Pope Francis”, Jorge Bergoglio, have been released from a Geneva municipal prison after negotiations concluded between their lawyers and Swiss authorities. The four men were flown by private jet to an undisclosed location for debriefing.

Two of the released Sheriffs have declared their intention to bring a lawsuit against the Vatican security personnel who assaulted them while they were lawfully serving a common law arrest warrant on their employer, Jorge Bergoglio, who will also be named as a defendant in the lawsuit.

In Rome, the Vatican has imposed a worldwide media blackout on the events in Geneva on June 21, including the disruption of Bergoglio’s planned address to World Council of Church delegates, his attempted arrest by the Common Law Sheriffs, and the cancellation of the Ninth Circle sacrificial ceremony at which Bergoglio was to preside at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Geneva at midnight.

A source at the Vatican stated today that the para-military forces assigned to protect the Ninth Circle participants have not been re-deployed to another location, indicating that the Circle has delayed its scheduling of its next coven. To quote the source, “Everyone here is in a state of confusion and panic. There’s even talk of cancelling any future papal appearances.”

“Pope Francis” is slated to appear at public gatherings in Dublin between August 24-26, where further disruptions and common law arrests are being planned against Bergoglio as a convicted war criminal.

Four common law Sheriffs who were assaulted by Vatican officers acting under the orders of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, have filed a criminal lawsuit in European courts that names Bergoglio and eleven other officials as participants in a “monstrous criminal conspiracy”.

The claim was filed on July 11 in the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels and in the civil court of an undisclosed European nation. Subpoenas were issued the same day to Pope Francis and eleven other men, all of whom are named as defendants in the lawsuit and as active members and participants in “a centuries-old Catholic child sacrificial cult known as the Ninth Circle”.

The defendants are also named as co-conspirators in the disappearance of eight children from Catholic facilities in Switzerland, Belgium and Italy.

Besides Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, the named defendants in the lawsuit are:

• Elio di Rupo, former Prime Minister of Belgium

• Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Vatican Secretary of State

• Cardinal Sean Brady, former head Catholic prelate of Ireland

• Paul De Keersmaeker, Belgian Catholic businessman, former European Union Parliamentarian, member of the Cercle Lorraine

• Kees van Korlaar, Criminal underworld member of “Ndrangheta”, Belgian businessman, member of the Cercle Lorraine

• Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, Catholic Prelate of Dublin diocese

• Bishop Charles Morerod, Catholic Prelate of Geneva

• Rev. Dr. Olav Fykse Tveit, General Secretary, World Council of Churches

• Bishop Mark MacDonald, Prelate, Anglican Church in Canada and North American Executive Officer of the World Council of Churches

These twelve subpoenaed defendants have thirty days to respond to the Summons and appear in person or through their lawyers in Court Examination for Discovery proceedings.

In related news, a secret conclave of the Vatican Curia, or College of Cardinals, continues to debate who will replace Jorge Bergoglio as the Bishop of Rome. According to a source in the Vatican, the conclave has been in session since July 5 and is deadlocked in their choice of a successor to the controversy-plagued Bergoglio.

According to the source, “Either (former Pope Benedict) Joseph Ratzinger will be given the Papal crown again or more likely, an African Cardinal will be chosen, probably Arinze of Nigeria or Napier of South Africa. What is certain is that Bergoglio is finished. It’s just a matter of time.”

Brussels:

The four common law Sheriffs who are suing Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, and eleven other defendants are now seeking a Summary Judgement against them, allowing for their immediate conviction. The Sheriffs made the application today in European courts after none of the defendants responded to a lawful Summons or disputed the charges made against them, namely, that they are practicing members of the murderous Ninth Circle child sacrificial cult and bear command responsibility for its crimes.

If the courts grant the Summary Judgement, Bergoglio and the other defendants could face arrest as early as August 11.

In Rome, the College of Cardinals remains deadlocked in its efforts to find a replacement to Bergoglio on the verge of new attempts to enforce the standing arrest warrant against him dating from July, 2014. The ITCCS announced today that its Sheriffs’ Department will be working with police forces in Ireland and other European nations to detain Bergoglio as a convicted war criminal, including at the “papal mass” scheduled for Phoenix Park in Dublin, Ireland on Sunday, August 26.

In related news, new ITCCS field offices are opening in seven countries during August to escalate the campaign to stop Vatican crimes against children. The European field offices will be located in Dublin, London, Paris, Barcelona and Milan. The North American field offices will be in New York City and Ottawa. Trained common law Sheriffs attached to these offices will make arrests against known child trafficking officials and priests of the Church of Rome and will disrupt Ninth Circle gatherings
