lots of leftists believe that they are acting out of 'good', even when it doesn't make logical sense, lots of conservatives are acting purely on morals to affect their base….it's a wide range.
i'm on board with the idea that the entire country is full of people who are fully capable of being good and nice, but have been whipped into such a frenzy by the political machines that they're blinded with a nameless rage from within.
