A U.S. official told ABC News that Ukraine has agreed to the terms of a potential peace deal. U.S. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll met secretly with Russian officials in Abu Dhabi on Monday, following weekend talks with Ukraine in Geneva. The official said only minor details remain. A U.S. Army spokesman said the talks with Russia are progressing and coordinated with the White House. Neither Ukraine nor Russia has confirmed their delegations’ presence in Abu Dhabi.
