He cherry-picks instances of alleged misconduct off of YouTube, from "influencers" that seem to specialize in those sorts of videos, and in those videos the person decides in the moment that because they have a camera that it's better for them to be confrontational rather than cooperative with law enforcement. Then, when the cop doesn't "behave" like the little pussies want, as if they have authority over them because of them filming the interaction, ACABfag tries framing that interaction, every past interaction, and every future interaction with law enforcement as a violation upon your rights, and it's everyone's supposed "duty" to rise up and stand against the law. And then he displays the very same glowtell that these clowns all do when they're caught or called out, he immediately categorizes who he's talking to into the category of who he's whining about. The operator behind that NPC is a weak man with a weak dream.
