I used to work with Big Issue sellers (UK magazine sold by the homeless) It 's not sold by the homeless anymore. All sellers are Middle Eastern and housed. They are using it as a way to get a National Insurance number (social security) I spotted a women selling big issue sat on the floor, which is not allowed because it looks like begging. When I challenged her on it she claimed not to understand me. So I reported her. The Big Issue is A big issue.
