I have been so pissed at these Judges and the removal of America First US Attorneys like Lindsey Halligan , Alina Habba, Bill Essayli, and Sigal Chattah I didn't see the benefit. The language by these radical Judges has become more aggressive with each removal. Habba has Appellate Court calling her illegitimate. Halligan has a District Judge calling her unqualified and illegitimate.

Now see this: Trump's post. Pay close attention to his words of autopen.

235 Biden Judges had their appointments signed by autopen. They will argue senate confirmation protects them but IT DOESN'T. Their own recent rulings about Habba Halligan and others is a boomerang. DOJ can issue a petition of Quo Warranto to all Judges and 1 Justice. There is no documentation to back up the procedure of Biden delegating that task to the autopen employees because it is a core Constitutional duty and it cannot be delegated per SCOTUS https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/424/1

They would not be able to sit on a case in DC where their legitimacy is the question leaving the bench 4 Trump appointed, 1 Obama, 1 Bush to decide any Appeal.

They cannot continue to take Taxpayer funded paychecks or face arrest for misappropriation of funds and theft.

We are headed for a genuine Constitutional crisis because this would paralyze the Federal Court system. It would slow it down so much it couldn't function on behalf of the people, especially if the left want to flood it with deportation challenges.

Any complete disfunction of the Courts would lead to war powers act invocation because Congress is too dysfunctional to solve the problem.
