You realize what this gonna force them to do, if they try to use the courts to keep the AutoPen executive orders and executive actions NOT personally signed by Biden in force?
It's would FORCE them to argue in court that the power of the executive resides in the autopen and the staff using it.
GOOD LUCK WITH THAT SHIT, GUYS.
Imagine being the judge or lawyer having to argue that the power of the Executive is not ONLY invested in a President, but also within his staff and his Autopen.
So somebody other than a President can use an autopen to sign a freaking Executive Order or command an Executive Action.
