So, give the people a feel good about their ballot. This does nothing to prove it was counted correctly. People can get all the receipts they want. Still can game the count. Person gets one receipt, system a different one.

Unless all the people converge with all of their receipts for a recount, this system is so fallible. Or course, even if that happened, the officials would declare all the receipts invalid because they were taken away from the location.

Deflect, deflect, deflect. Here's you're nice, pretty receipt. Never mind it will give no proof that your voted was counted correctly. But hey, we gave you a receipt!
