I wouldn't close them entirely but bring back a good portion and use them to replace the cops in many liberal areas or anywhere they are compromised. Cops no longer arrest mayors for criminal orders but enforce their will to keep their retirements. They know the courts in those places are corrupt, because they were used as part of that system to go against conservatives at the behest of incumbent liberals. These are all well know facts, and we all saw it during lockdowns and riots.
