He is a hostile Belligerent. These drug boats are unprivileged combatants/belligerents. Death is all they get. We don't recognize a white flag surrender from them. They get to die and so does Maduro. We don't require Congress to declare war because war was declared upon us by belligerents. Not a Country or it's leaders, Belligerents. That follows a different set of rules. Putting a boat in the water when those boats have been used to attack our people for years makes it an ongoing attack. This is not a new attack and Trump is not on the offense. It is strictly defense of a years long attack on our Country. That doesn't require Congress declare war as it was declared upon us and the President has the SOLE duty to defend our Country. So these idiots like Rand Paul who want to cite quotes from the LOWM or corrupt Dems who want to claim publicly this is a war crime, they better refresh their memory of ex parte valdingham because Maduro and these drug boats are unprivileged enemies and their speech is giving aid and comfort to those levying war against us. They will get to die too if they cross the line. War by a belligerent was declared on the USA already. Trump is just reacting to it not starting it. Maduro is not recognized as the President and that changes the game so these idiot politicians better be very careful with their words and ideology.
