Anonymous ID: 66a12c REAL QUESTION PLEASE. Spurglars? Dec. 1, 2025, 6:06 a.m. No.23925840   🗄️.is 🔗kun   >>5846 >>5895

What do you guys think of Spurglars? (Sperm burglars)

(This is not related to donald trump but rather just a law/morality question so forgive me if its uninteresting for you all.)

Spurglars are women that steal someones sperm to impregnate themselves in order to "secure" extreme alimony. It's usually done by women against high value men and not rarely involve expensive legal activity as well. This is not a meme but a real thing! Please be reminded that what you say here might result in actual laws IRL, so try to be compassionate against both sides and don't just say "pUt aLl wOmInZ iN Le JaIL!!!" You are the smartest people I know QR, which is the reason I ask this here. So here are the questions:

1: How about women that have one or more men paying child support for children that don't belong to them. Should there be an upper limit in how many "child supporters" a woman can have? Is this considered paternity fraud or is it only fair that men pay some of their money to women? Is this all degenerate or is it just natural?

2: Should paternity tests be mandatory at birth? Does paternity fraud make fertility go down? Or is this all natural in ways we cannot yet grasp due to lack of research?

3): Opinions?

SAUCE to prove this isn't a meme:

It's understandable that men are so frustrated that they want to avoid this system. But would you (at least) be interested in a dialogue on how we can fix this one little part of the system? I would be interested in anonymous (but honest) feed back on the issue. In my line of work there are many politically correct liars, yay sayers and secret activists which is why I come to you. So, how to deal with this biological war between the genders?

(Warning of wall of text, its not spam its just my thoughts!)

Consider the morality of this: What would you say to the mother or the father that are part of this problem? If the mother doesn't get money, she won't be able to feed the children. If you tolerate it, the men won't want to date new women. Do you benefit the father or the mother?

Maybe there should be some kind of paternity fraud insurance? Or is that impossible?

I don't want the country to become an "infinite lawfare warzone" between the genders and it seems almost impossible to deal with this problem without favoring one side above the other. But maybe I'm mistaken? As it is now, it is obviously almost impossible to have a balanced nuclear family given the current laws.

>Newfag retard confirmed.

Forgive me for not following the protocol within this platform I am trying to just find the truth and looking for feedback from anonymous sources. It is a very sensitive subject and its not possible to do buy a survey of this without causing certain "brandrisks" as you can understand.

>Fuck no. It’s bodily theft. It’s fraud

I see. Do you think that the "paternity frauds" can cause fertility to go down? I understand the predatory nature of "spurgling" but what laws would you actually put in place? You want to put women in jail for having children and getting paid for giving birth? Don't you think it could result in the top males "impregnating dozens of women" if there is no incentive to stop them financially, through child support? There is also a racial component to this, do you think its primarily white men that get punished with child support this way? And in that case, what would that entail? That primarily white men get protection?

>Like stealing someone’s kidney. Theft of dna.

But is it really the same thing? Isn't it also natural for women to deceive men a little for the sake of fertility? Do you think its a good idea if the state just avoids meddling in these private affairs? I am thinking maybe its time to abolish child support completely! The more the state gets involved in this the worse it seems to get. Do you think paternity fraud might indirectly cause inbreeding?

But do you have to stand in the way of us that are trying to fix some parts of it? I personally am currently invested in family law and interested in the current trends and problems of this "paternity fraud" issue with alimony. Its an extremely complex moral nexus and I suspect there is some kind of "Big Divorce"-industry pushing it behind the scenes, maybe even foreign state actors pushing for demographic collapse. It is all still quite inconclusive and a subject that most people don't want to talk about IRL but It's worth an attempt to see what anons actually think.

In my experience getting married is currently the worst thing a man can do when it comes to his health, finance and social status. And to be frank, most of my colleges even avoid going to lunch with women at all due to the risks involved in this "gender war".

Question to everyone here:

Would any anon here be willing to participate in an interview with me? All you need to do is to answer a few questions of what you think regarding modern predatory behavior such as "spurgling", divorces, paternity fraud and possibly even speak your mind freely and your opinions on related subjects? You will be paid (say $100/hr) and it will all be 100% anonymous of course. This is all my personal investigation into the matter and doesn't need to involve anyone else.

I was told on a discord server to ask people on this website since you are quite aware of "whats going on in the world". Is it a bad timing to ask political/moral/law questions now due to the "bot spam" and should I come back and ask a question some other day? Forgive me for not understanding the full order and sequence of procedures in this system but my hopes are that the intentions are clear for some of us posting here (despite the anonymous nature of this forum).

>>23926034

Good point. Do you think we should dismantle IV-D? Do you think it encourages predatory divorce and negative fertility behaviors?

The disclaimer on the posts here are referencing to a 8kun but I was told to visit this website "8ch.net". Am I on the right place? It is a little difficult to follow the replies and dialogue since I am unsure of which ones are to me and which ones are "spam".

It is a new term currently being promoted on tiktok and other social media that encourages other women to secretly gather a mans sperm in other to "trap" him in a childsupport-case. Sometimes they do this and don't even have to prove the child is his which is outrageous. But It all seems too absurd to me and I think there is something missing in this puzzle which Is why I turn to anonymous for advice.

There has been several cases of women filing lawsuits against (high profile) men that put "hot sauce" in their used condoms. As far as I know, this almost exclusively happens when a woman (the defendant) failed with the "spurgle". I am involved in one of these undisclosed cases and I cannot find much resources on the subject matter. Its hard to even find intellectually honest (and reasonably deep) opinions on all of this. The woman claims it caused extreme pain for her and apparently wants to file for damages. As it seems now, It is all beyond absurd and almost like a circus since she claims "he tricked her into putting xpepper in her vag" which made her end up in the ICU (there is no proof of this yet).

>Who really benefits? The attorney.

I know this and more often the not the attourneys know everyone in these courts and are close friends to the judges. We all know this, they can rig the trials quite easily for financial predatory gains like this.

But in the end, the "court actors" just act according to the law, if there is no law there is no trial. And if there is no moral incentive there is no law, which Is why I ask for opinions on the morality behind this "spurgle" problem.

I hope I am not replying to an AI. Thank you.

I see! You support the concept of child support then? Are there any circumstances where the women (spurglars) are considered as perpetrators according to you? Say, if the sperm has been provided to a woman from a third person (without the father being aware of it) (sold by someone)? If it is all about consensuality to you, when exactly do you consider an insemination consensual? Do you think only a woman has the right to decide the status of the fatherhood without the man having any legal or moral say to it?

>>23926280

Excellent point on the Dissomaster stuff and I agree with with your position on this. But ultimately you disagree with the current child support laws then?

>However, if people would stop being so morally corrupt, and sleeping with everyone under the sun, perhaps they could have spared themselves the self created prison to begin with.

Yes I agree! Sex must to be known as a dangerous activity to some extent. But some of these men, (usually athletic men) are extremely young and have not had that many partners. The "spurgler" woman is almost always older than him and have had with multiple "baby daddies" previously. Which makes me question who the real predator here is? Do we want our athletes to be blamed as sex-deviants when they just had their first child?

>But, the intent to trap

>a crime, and punishable with imprisonment

Are you sure? Are you not afraid of the unintended consequences that might result from imprisoning a bunch of mothers? As I previously said, I am still unsure if its "only individuals" involved in stuff like this since we are talking about millions of dollars in child support in some cases. In my experience the authorities seem to be allergic to even talk about opening an investigation/fraud case around the "spurgling" stuff, leave alone actually investigate. Which leads me to believe there is some deeper moral dilemma here: I've noticed that everyone immediately freaks out and hides their heads in the sand the moment the law gets involved around birth and fertility!

>>23926280

>the intent to trap

>a crime, imprisonment

I see. So what do we do with the "spurgled" child? Just let the mother take care of him alone?

Would you go so far to say that its a "sex offense" to spurgle?

Forgive me for insisting on this but I take it there are no more viewpoints on the "spurgling" issue here?

Before I leave I must ask one last time. Is there anyone willing to participate in a short anonymous but paid interview on the subject matter? If not then I will no longer ask for this.

Hello there, tor user! You seem to be quite redpilled on whats going on here and I can presume also on the outside of the forum. So I have a question for you! Do you have any experience of failed family law? I would love to hear your take on "spurgling" if you have one.

And I'm sorry to interrupt your ongoing fued here with whomever it might be (assuming you are not AI).
