Financial Incentives for States.

Re-Structuring
There is no benefit for attorney's and Courts, to find a common ground in Divorce related issues. The longer the case drags out, it's guaranteed job security.
Family Court in itself, is infested with corrupt attorney's and Judges that drag out cases for personal financial gain. Cases that could be easily remedied in Mediation settings.
If an Attorney tells the client, "Go for the Throat" do you think that motivates a party to settle, or to get greedy? Who really benefits? The attorney.
Creating a Contentious Divorce or Paternity case is far more financially beneficial for the attorneys/courts/states.
That same money, if people cut off the vipers, could have been spent on the child's future, and not a new car/house/trip for the attorney.
Perhaps re-structuring the law, that auto imputes the percentage of income for support. Cut off the incentives.

New Pregnancies should not get an auto half of income. Cut off the incentives to think an Auto paycheck is guaranteed.
