France & UK Still Insist On Sending Troops To Ukraine, In Effort To Sabotage Trump Peace Plan

As we reported earlier, the important Miami meeting wherein American and Ukrainian delegations hammered out a revised ceasefire draft for some five hours on Sunday did not have European participation. But this is where the real deal-making is taking place. Trump envoy Steve Witkoff is en route to Moscow, where he's expected to meet with President Putin on Tuesday, in order to present where things stand on the peace plan.

The Miami meeting reportedly focused on where the new de facto border would be in the east, after the 19-point plan featured significant territorial concessions in the Donbass and Crimea. As for Europe, is still touting a "coalition of the willing" which are vowing ongoing military support to the Zelensky government.

At this moment, France and the United Kingdom especially are continuing to push for the deployment of troops from NATO-member states to Ukraine as part of their version of peace settlement, despite this being very obviously unacceptable to Moscow.

Last week Politico reported that when US Secretary of State Marco Rubio joined a discussion involving the coalition of the willing via phone call, he made clear to all that the White House wants a peace agreement in place before committing to any long-term security guarantees for Kiev.

But UK Prime Minister Kier Starmer tried to push back, arguing that a "multinational force" would be essential for ensuring Ukraine’s future security.

Bloomberg then followed with a report saying that UK officials have already selected the military units they plan to deploy, based on several reconnaissance trips to Ukraine.

France's President Emmanuel Macron proposed that such troops could operate in the capital area or western regions of the country, far from the front lines. But this would flagrantly cross all Russia's red lines. NATO troops on its doorstep was key Putin's decision-making in launching the 'special military operation' in the first place.

It must be recalled that the original US-drafted 28-point peace plan, which leaked to the press and more recently was condensed down to 19 points, included an explicit prohibition on deploying NATO troops to Ukraine.

The European-proposed counter-plan, which was also quickly leaked to the media, greatly softened that stance and laid out that instead of a blanket ban, NATO would not "permanently station troops under its command in Ukraine in peacetime."

But that attracts criminals. Those people are going to jail. We’re doing everything we can, but to demonize an entire community on the actions of a few, it’s lazy!

Appeals Court DISQUALIFIES Alina Habba from Serving as US Attorney for New Jersey

MAGA warrior Alina Habba has been barred form serving as US attorney for New Jersey in an outrageous travesty of justice by the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

This is the latest assault by the judiciary of Trump legal appointees and surely won’t be the last.

A federal appeals court on Monday found Alina Habba, President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney, is serving unlawfully as US attorney for New Jersey, dealing a legal blow to the Trump administration that could have far-reaching consequences on other appointments across the country.

A panel of three appellate judges with 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court’s finding that the administration violated the law when it used of a series of maneuvers to install Habba in the position after failing to win Senate support.

“Under the Government’s delegation theory, Habba may avoid the gauntlet of presidential appointment and Senate confirmation and serve as the de facto U.S. Attorney indefinitely,” the unanimous three judge panel wrote. “This view is so broad that it bypasses the constitutional (appointment and Senate confirmation) process entirely.”

The ruling by the Appeals Court marks a tremendous loss for America as Habba has been a fearless warrior for election integrity, especially during last month’s elections.

This latest news regarding Habba also comes months after an Obama judge said she was “not lawfully holding the office of United States Attorney.” US Attorney General Pam Bondi promptly appealed the ruling.

It also comes just ONE WEEK after an appeals court ruled that Lindsey Halligan, the US attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, was illegally appointed and dismissed cases against deranged former FBI director James Comey and crooked New York Attorney General Letitia James.

The feckless GOP Senate has only itself to blame for these debacles.

Global Military Industrial Complex Has Never Had It So Good, New Report Finds

The global war business scored record revenues in 2024 amid multiple protracted proxy conflicts across the world, according to a new industry analysis released on Monday.

The top 100 arms manufacturers in the world raked in $679 billion in revenue in 2024, up 5.9% from the year prior, according to a new Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) study. The figure marks the highest ever revenue for manufacturers recorded by SIPRI as the group credits major conflicts for supplying the large appetite for arms around the world.

“The rise in the total arms revenues of the Top 100 in 2024 was mostly due to overall increases in the arms revenues of companies based in Europe and the United States,” SIPRI said in their report. “There were year-on-year increases in all the geographical areas covered by the ranking apart from Asia and Oceania, which saw a slight decrease, largely as a result of a notable drop in the total arms revenues of Chinese companies.”

Notably, Chinese arms manufacturers saw a large drop in reported revenues, declining 10% from 2023 to 2024, according to SIPRI. Just off China’s shores, Japan’s arms industry saw the largest single year-over-year increase in revenue of all regions measured, jumping 40% from 2023 to 2024.

American companies dominate the top of the list, which measures individual companies’ revenue, with Lockheed Martin taking the top spot with $64,650,000,000 of arms revenue in 2024, according to the report. Raytheon Technologies, Northrop Grumman and BAE Systems follow shortly after in revenue,

The Czechoslovak Group recorded the single largest jump in year-on-year revenue from 2023 to 2024, increasing its haul by 193%, according to SIPRI. The increase is largely driven by their crucial role in supplying arms and ammunition to Ukraine.

The Pentagon contracted one of the group’s subsidiaries in August to build a new ammo plant in the U.S. to replenish artillery shell stockpiles drained by U.S. aid to Ukraine.

“In 2024 the growing demand for military equipment around the world, primarily linked to rising geopolitical tensions, accelerated the increase in total Top 100 arms revenues seen in 2023,” the report reads. “More than three quarters of companies in the Top 100 (77 companies) increased their arms revenues in 2024, with 42 reporting at least double-digit percentage growth.”

Former British Anti-Corruption Minister Sentenced to Two Years For Corruption in Bangladesh

UK Parliamentarian Tulip Siddiq has been sentenced in absentia for what a Bangladeshi court said was her role in a corruption plot with her aunt, the deposed Prime Minister of that country.

The ruling of Bangladesh’s Special Judge’s Court that she had used family connections and her position as a Member of Parliament in the United Kingdom to acquire plots of land in a corruption scheme should be “treated with contempt”, the UK’s former counter-corruption minister Tulip Siddiq said after she was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine.

In addition to denying the charges, Siddiq even denies being a Bangladeshi citizen, although the Dhaka court said it had records of her national tax number, identity papers, and passport.

Regardless, Siddiq lives in the United Kingdom and London has no extradition treaty with Bangladesh, making it extremely unlikely Siddiq would ever serve the sentence.

The court sentenced Siddiq after finding she had been guilty of “manipulating and influencing” former Bangladeshi Prime Minister and her maternal aunt, Sheikh Hasina, who has been sentenced to death. Hasina also lives outside of Bangladesh, having fled to India last year after her government was brought down amid protests. The Daily Telegraph reports the judge in Siddiq’s case said the prosecution had established “beyond doubt that Ms Tulip Siddiq as British MP used her influence” on Hasina to acquire plots of land for her family members in Bangladesh.

Siddiq is said to be treating the conviction as a matter of lawfare, and said of the sentence: “This whole process has been flawed and farcical from the beginning to the end. The outcome of this kangaroo court is as predictable as it is unjustified.

“I hope this so called ‘verdict’ will be treated with the contempt it deserves. My focus has always been my constituents in Hampstead and Highgate and I refuse to be distracted by the dirty politics of Bangladesh.”

While it is the law that any British parliamentarian jailed for over 12 months can be removed from power, this only applies to convictions in the United Kingdom, so the Bangladesh ruling has no bearing on Siddiq’s eligibility to stand for office.

Siddiq had been the anti-corruption minister in the British government of Sir Keir Starmer until earlier this year when she stood down over her being named in the Bangladesh corruption probe. As reported at the time, Siddiq had allegedly used her influence to get land for members of her family was something of an inversion of previous claims about her probity, namely that she had been the beneficiary of property owned by members of her powerful Bangladeshi family and connections in London.

Following an investigation by Starmer’s ethics advisor into years of claims about Siddiq’s use of expensive London properties gifted or owned by her aunt’s political allies, it was stated there had been an “unfortunate misunderstanding” which led to the public having been “inadvertently misled” about the origin of the ownership of a flat in King’s Cross.

It was also revealed that although Siddiq had sought to distance herself from the now-former despotic regime of her aunt Hasina in Bangladesh, when the regime collapsed, Labour party campaign literature for Siddiq had been found in Hasina’s abandoned Dhaka palace.

Rogue Judges Boasberg and Boardman Now Refuse to Testify Before the Senate

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg and U.S. District Judge Deborah Boardman have both turned down invitations to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee this week at the explosive hearing titled “Impeachment: Holding Rogue Judges Accountable.

Food stamps were first issued in 1939 as an assistance program to prevent starvation during the Great Depression. But 86 years later, thousands of liquor stores and smoke shops have become approved retailers, increasing the possibility of fraud, new research shows.

The longest ever government shutdown, which ended after 43 days of deadlock, thrust the federal food stamp program into the national spotlight as millions of recipients went without benefits. But, it also laid bare many abuses in the system.

Even before the shutdown, the Trump administration planned to crack down on fraud in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) program and ensure any government assistance is used for healthy and nutritional foods, not junk. The One Big Beautiful Bill Act made specific changes to qualifying for the program, as well as a redefined list of products for which SNAP cannot be used.

An analysis of SNAP retailer data by the Foundation for Government Accountability published on Monday found that more than 5,000 liquor and smoke shops were approved retailers under the program, meaning they can accept food stamps, according to research findings shared exclusively with Just the News.

Breaking down the data, more than 4,000 stores promoted alcohol in their title and another 1,000 did so for tobacco. The foundation told Just the News the real numbers could be even higher, considering researchers only counted stores that referenced those products in their titles.

"Hotbeds of fraud": Benefits used for tobacco, alcohol

Food stamps cannot be used for purchases of either alcohol or tobacco. However, the FGA says the prevalence of stores that sell these products raises concerns about the potential for different kinds of SNAP fraud. These stores “become hotbeds of fraud” where benefit cards are bought and sold in exchange for alcohol or tobacco products, Senior Data Analyst at FGA Kristi Stahr told Just the News.

The Food Stamp Act of 1964, which first established the SNAP program in its modern form, permitted funds to be used for all items for human consumption except alcohol. That prohibition still stands. Recipients are also prohibited from buying cigarettes, tobacco products, and other items like pet food and cosmetics.

A Sydney suburb was hit with a wave of anti-Israel graffiti early on Saturday morning, according to the New South Wales Police and incoming Australia and Israel Jewish Affairs Council Sydney office head Arsen Ostrovsky.

Several structures and signs were vandalized before dawn in the Bondi Beach area, with NSW police seeking information about two masked men in their 20s.

In red spray paint, the graffiti cursed Israel, reading “Fk Zionist Israel,” “Fk the IDF,” “Israel commits genocide,” and “Israel has blood on their hands,” according to Ostrovsky, who had been on a morning run when he saw it.

The police released CCTV footage of two suspects in the hope of obtaining aid from the public in identifying them. A 38-year-old man was arrested in relation to the investigation, but was later allowed to leave without being charged.

Ostrovsky said that such graffiti has become far too common in Australia, reflecting “the alarming surge in Jew-hatred since October 7, including the defilement of Australian landmarks being hijacked as platforms for intimidation and incitement against the Jewish community.”

“Thankfully, he added, “NSW Police were immediately on the scene, but it is imperative now that these perpetrators be identified and held fully accountable. Australia cannot allow this kind of hate to fester or become normalized.”

She argued that none of the statements coming from Obama’s office, Democratic lawmakers, or media allies addressed the core discrepancy.

Israels Ben Gvir Promotes Officer Whose Soldiers Executed Surrendered Palestinians

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir has informed the commander of the Israeli border police’s West Bank undercover unit that he was being promoted, after two of his subordinates executed unarmed Palestinians who attempted to surrender, Haaretz reported on Sunday.

A video of the execution, which occurred on Thursday in Jenin, shows two Palestinians exiting a building with their arms up and showing they had nothing under their shirts. The Palestinians then get on the ground, and it appears that the Israeli troops direct them to re-enter the building, and as they do so, they are shot at point-blank range.
