The US Constitution was written for a time where people were brought into virtuous alignment with God's Law. It was written all of God's children, at the current time, only America claims it to be its foundation. The bill of rights section belongs to anybody with a heartbeat. The rest of it, our government adopted as its governing rule.
Fair to say if an illegal immigrant wants to invoke US Constitutional rights… they should go back to their legal country of residence and have their government adopt it into their fold. Being in America illegally doesn't grant them rights afforded to Americans.
Study the Federalist Papers. Understand the intentions of the Founding Fathers. Understand these rights and the principles they were formed for. The US Constitution is a dream not yet realized. Please don't be a part of the problem. Understand what a republic is before you decide you want to solidify something you don't yet understand. Being here illegally doesn't afford them rights within the full scope of the constitution, but would you deny them the right to freedom of speech? Freedom of religion? Be virtuous. Anon's no shill. Anon has spent a lifetime studying this very topic. Anon is here for a reason.
Anon never said keep them here. I don't contest or protest their deportation. In fact, it couldn't happen fast enough. Send them with a copy of the US Constitution and tell them they can adopt these fine rukles in their country.
