Southern NH. Went to get a couple of buckets of salt for the house today. City supplies it free to residents. Apparently, landscapers in town and neighboring state were stealing the salt. Salt is now rationed and there is a taxpayer funded guard there all day so you don't steal moar than your share. Too funny!
