for the US Citizens and relate to the Citizens of the country. Granted those ideas are given, even to those who visit the country, but that which is allowed also, must ensure the other (laws) are upheld by those of foreign origin.
I happen to have read quite a bit of the Federalist papers and many other documents of the early days of the American Constitution. I most definately understand what the difference is between a Republic, a Democracy, A Representaive Republic, Socialism , Communism and in on. I also know what happened after the Revolutionary War.
