TPUSA Supervisor Accused of Orchestrating Kidnapping After Sexual Rejection

An explosive civil lawsuit filed in Maricopa County Superior Court accuses Avondale City Councilwoman and Turning Point USA staffer Jeannette Garcia of sexually harassing a male subordinate at a post-election party last November, then kidnapping his 14-year-old daughter after he rejected her alleged advances.

The plaintiff, identified only as John Doe, claims Garcia, his direct supervisor at TPUSA, got heavily intoxicated at a Phoenix-area restaurant celebration and explicitly offered him a job in exchange for sex.

When he repeatedly rebuffed her, the suit says her behavior turned "more aggressive and explicit," forcing him to flee the venue just after midnight.

Forty-five minutes later, Doe arrived home to find his teenage daughter missing.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies later informed him the girl was "safe" and in Garcia’s custody.

The lawsuit alleges Garcia and two other adults manipulated the 14-year-old girl by falsely claiming her father had been drinking and might become violent, then loaded her into Garcia’s vehicle without permission.

Doe says he reached an "extremely intoxicated" Garcia at 2:20 a.m.; she confirmed she had the his daughter but refused to return her until the grandmother tricked Garcia the next day by calling from an unknown number.

The teenager was eventually returned at a restaurant meet-up.

The father claims the ordeal left his daughter depressed, terrified to leave her room, and suffering declining grades and extracurricular participation.

Garcia faces no criminal charges.

The councilwoman, previously censured by Avondale for calling Tom Hanks a "pedo" on X, later claiming she meant the Spanish word for “fart”, issued a blistering denial.

"I am aware of the outrageous and false accusations being made about me," Garcia said in a statement to AzFamily.com. "Let me be very clear: these claims are untrue. I have never kidnapped anyone, never harmed anyone, and never solicited anything inappropriate, ever. The situation being referenced involved me helping a young girl. Anyone twisting an act of support into something malicious is spreading intentional misinformation. Again, these accusations are false. I am preparing to pursue legal action against those responsible for spreading these lies and for the damage they are attempting to cause to my reputation. I will not be intimidated, I will not be smeared, and I will not allow false allegations to define my name or my work."

The lawsuit is just getting underway, and we’ll continue to follow developments as they happen.

BREAKING: DOJ to Hit Comey, Letitia James with New Indictments As Soon as This Week

The DOJ is seeking new indictments against James Comey and Letitia James after a Clinton judge dismissed both of their cases last week.

A grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia indicted former FBI Director James Comey in September. He was indicted on two counts – false statements and obstruction of a congressional proceeding.

New York Attorney General Letitia James was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia last month.

According to the DOJ, Letitia James was charged with two crimes: Bank Fraud under 18 U.S.C. Section 1344 and False Statements to a Financial Institution under 18 U.S.C. Section 1014.

On Monday evening Reuters reported that the Justice Department could seek the new charges this week.

Per Reuters:

The U.S. Justice Department is weighing seeking new indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, after a federal judge dismissed both cases last week, according to two people familiar with the matter.

The department could seek new charges against Comey and James as soon as this week, though the timing was not yet clear, the people added, speaking anonymously in order to discuss non-public department deliberations.

A federal judge last Monday dismissed the criminal cases against James Comey and Letitia James.

The case was dismissed without prejudice, which means it is only dismissed temporarily.

Judge Cameron McGowan Currie, a Clinton appointee, ruled that US Attorney Lindsey Halligan’s appointment violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.

The judge also said Attorney General Pam Bondi’s attempt to ratify Halligan’s actions were “ineffective.”

Comey did somewhat of a victory lap after the judge’s ruling. He also lashed out at President Trump and accused him of weaponizing the Justice Department to go after his political enemies.

“A message has to be sent that the president of the United States cannot use the Department of Justice to target his political enemies,” Comey said in a video posted to Instagram.

“I don’t care what your politics are, you have to see that as fundamentally un-American and a threat to the rule of law that keeps all of us free,” James Comey said.

Comey said President Trump will probably go after him again.

President Trump issued a warning to Comey and Letitia James last week in remarks to reporters aboard Air Force One.

“They got out on a technicality, and you’ll see what happens from here on,” Trump said Tuesday night in remarks to reporters aboard Air Force One.

“Let’s see what happens over the next week,” he said.
