I remember that symposium like it was yesterday. CodeMonkey found it in like less than a minute. The code looked very basic actually it was 10-15 lines.
It's easy when a not even a programmer can just walk up to the machine, plug in a usb, and literally copy and paste the code. You just gotta be taught where to copy and paste it. Don't even get me started on a lot of the machines having wifi.
You just gotta use the same protocols they use for printing money for printing ballots.
