It depends on if you live in a state that is controlled by liberals or real conservatives. In liberal areas, there is no real safeguards because the cops, CPS, APS, the courts, the lawyers, are all conspiring together. Without 100% transparency, no one is safe. This is why they pushed for private medical records years ago, so you wouldn't do statistics on who is getting whacked, fact. This is why there are so many of them.
