Off-topic, but just needed to be said. So much myth and hocus pocus bullshit about pinecones and pineal glands for so many years. The pinecone is the brain; the brain is the fruit of the tree of knowledge. Don't eat brain. It's really that simple, and there are a lot of reasons why it's bad to eat. Thinking you'll get knowledge or wisdom from eating the mind of someone gets at a more abstract theme though. God didn't want Adam and Eve, imho, to be without knowledge or wisdom. It's about confusing that knowledge and wisdom could be had through the cheap grace of the material world rather than by experience, inspiration, or revelation. The things of the mind and of the spirit are correlated to but not caused by the physical. Hence, eating the brain of someone isn't going to give you access to the mind that was in that brain. Worse, you'll die not for mythical reasons but because you'll get some prion or brain wasting toxic disease. Real simple shit, people. Rant over.
