Her answer was not good, especially considering "blacks for trump" was mentioned, which only an idiot would think has anything to do with violence. Sarah should have reamed the reporter a new one for that.
But her answer was also completely void of content. She gave them nothing. Presumably, whatever is eventually going to be revealed about Qanon, the press has exactly nothing more than they started the press conference with and that was Sarah's mission here.
