If your focus on Trump’s pardon for the president of Honduras, is on drug trafficking, then you are missing the real story.

Trump knows everything about what happened to Hernandez and why.

Why would Trump say this:

“President Donald Trump said that he will be pardoning former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez on Friday.”

In 2024 Hernandez was convicted for drug trafficking and weapons charges and sentenced to 45 years in prison.

The president explained his decision on social media by posting that 'according to many people that I greatly respect,' Hernandez was 'treated very harshly and unfairly.'”

“In March of last year, Hernandez, who led the Central American nation from 2014 to 2022, was convicted in US court of conspiring to import 400 tons of cocaine into the United States.

He was extradited to the United States just weeks after leaving office, when the current president, leftist Xiomara Castro, came to power.”

Trump said that Hernandez was “treated very harshly and unfairly.”

The Biden administration convicted him of trafficking 400 tons of cocaine into America.

Trump is currently “waging war” against drug traffickers in Venezuela.

Do you see the apparent contradiction and the coming “media narrative?”

Why would Trump pardon a convicted drug trafficking leader of Honduras and wage war against a drug trafficking leader in Venezuela?

Do you really think that this story is about drug trafficking?

Here’s what most people are missing.

This story isn’t about drug trafficking.

It’s about “human trafficking.”

Guess who was helping Trump stop the flow of illegal immigration through Central America?

“Under the Trump Administration, American officials hailed Hernández as a trusted partner on sensitive issues, including counterterrorism and anti-narcotics efforts. Perhaps most significant was Hernández’s willingness to help Trump curb immigration—especially from Honduras, from which a succession of highly publicized migrant “caravans” had set out toward the U.S.”

Hernandez wasn’t just helping with anti-drug efforts, he was also helping to stop the Soros funded caravans making their way to our southern border from Central America.

“Nevertheless, Hernández signed a “safe third country” agreement, which allowed immigrants who arrived at the U.S.’s southern border, seeking asylum, to be sent instead to Honduras, to file claims there.”

Hernandez was one of the first leaders to willingly take the deported illegals captured at the southern border.

Do you think the Biden administration supported him?

“A senior Biden official told me that the Administration intended to work around Hernández, by engaging with other levels of the Honduran government, and would avoid sending officials to visit while he remained in office.”

Do you remember who Biden put in charge of the border crisis?

“Soon after taking office, Biden handed the Central America portfolio to Harris. The new Vice-President had little experience with international diplomacy and no special expertise in Latin America.”

Guess who pushed for prosecution of Hernandez in order to remove him?

“In January, 2021, a few days after Kamala Harris was sworn in as Vice-President, she was briefed about the allegations against President Hernández. An official who was present said that Harris, a former prosecutor, had an immediate response: “Let’s go get him now.”

“The Administration defined Central America as a priority early on, not least because of the way that Trump had weaponized concerns about immigration.”

The Biden administration was encouraging caravans of illegals from Central America from the very beginning.

Why?

“It is a chronic emergency with growing political ramifications. The senior Biden official told me, “The thing is, these countries have the ability to change the outcome of the next U.S. elections. If we can change things just a little bit for the better, we’ll have done a lot.”
