The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts rejected Senate requests for two judges—James Boasberg of the D.C. District Court and Deborah Boardman of Maryland—to testify at a Wednesday hearing on judicial impeachment.

Director Judge Robert Conrad cited judicial ethics under Canon 3A(6), prohibiting public comments on pending matters, and separation-of-powers concerns in a November 12 letter to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), chair of the relevant subcommittee.

Boasberg, an Obama appointee, faces criticism for approving nondisclosure orders enabling special counsel Jack Smith’s secret subpoenas of Republican congressional phone data. Boardman, a Biden appointee, drew ire for sentencing Brett Kavanaugh’s attempted assassin to 22 years less than prosecutors sought, partly citing the defendant’s transgender identity.

Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) filed impeachment articles against Boasberg in November (and March). Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) introduced articles against Boardman in October.

Separately, Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Ron Johnson (R-WI), and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) demanded Boasberg explain his rulings by December 4.

The Defense Department inspector general's report on the use of a Signal group chat to discuss military operations has been sent to Congress and will be released Thursday, according to a report.

The full report was sent to the Senate Armed Services Committee and is available to its members for immediate review in a secure room, unnamed sources told Axios on Tuesday.

In March, Trump administration officials used Signal to discuss sensitive plans regarding military strikes in Yemen.

Among those on call, organized by then National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, were Vice President JD Vance, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and CIA Director John Ratcliffe.

The group chat became public when The Atlantic editor-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, was inadvertently added.

The Pentagon inspector general began its review in April, after top Republicans and Democrats on Capitol Hill requested an expedited review.

The RNC filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, alleging that state election laws violate the Michigan Constitution by permitting non-residents—such as spouses of military and overseas voters, or children born to state residents—to cast ballots.

The suit challenges overseas absentee voting provisions, arguing they contravene the constitution’s six-month residency requirement for voters, which lawmakers can modify or waive for former residents but not non-residents.

RNC Chairman Joe Gruters stated: “Individuals who have never lived in the United States, let alone Michigan, should not have a say in Michigan’s elections.” He added: “Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is ignoring the Michigan Constitution by allowing people who don’t live in Michigan to vote in Michigan. That’s why the RNC is fighting to ensure only lawful votes count.”

The constitution specifies: “Every citizen of the United States who has attained the age of 21 years, who has resided in this state six months, and who meets the requirements of local residence provided by law, shall be an elector and qualified to vote in any election except as otherwise provided in this constitution. The legislature shall define residence for voting purposes.”

The Department of Homeland Security released a report Tuesday detailing the release of 6,947 criminals with active ICE detainers from New York jails over the past year, attributing it to state and city sanctuary policies that limit local cooperation with federal immigration enforcement.

The report highlights cases involving homicide suspects, including Cuban national Jose Antonio Andreo-Quezada, released from Rikers Island in August despite a detainer for prior convictions like homicide and assault, and later re-arrested on parole violation.

Dominican national Anastacio Tejada Almonte was freed in July despite a May detainer for homicide and assault charges.

Honduran national Alex Jareth Martinez-Avila, released in May despite a detainer for assault and theft, was later arrested for homicide and robbery and remains in custody with a new detainer.

DHS noted these releases included individuals linked to 29 homicides.

UNREAL: Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara urges residents to call 911 on masked agents detaining anyone—fearing POTUS’s immigration crackdown on Somali immigrants.

At a Tuesday briefing with Mayor Jacob Frey, O’Hara slammed federal unmarked ops stoking citywide fear. Answering on ICE accountability, he cited locals’ 911 calls over dubious masked arrests—reiterating local cops won’t aid feds, but everyone should dial emergency if it happens.

For years, the Biden Administration weaponized the Justice System against their Political Opponents, and anyone who disagreed with them. One of the clearest examples of this was when Crooked Joe used the FBI and DOJ to “take out” a member of his own Party after Highly Respected Congressman Henry Cuellar bravely spoke out against Open Borders, and the Biden Border “Catastrophe.” Sleepy Joe went after the Congressman, and even the Congressman’s wonderful wife, Imelda, simply for speaking the TRUTH. It is unAmerican and, as I previously stated, the Radical Left Democrats are a complete and total threat to Democracy! They will attack, rob, lie, cheat, destroy, and decimate anyone who dares to oppose their Far Left Agenda, an Agenda that, if left unchecked, will obliterate our magnificent Country. Because of these facts, and others, I am hereby announcing my full and unconditional PARDON of beloved Texas Congressman Henry Cuellar, and Imelda. Henry, I don’t know you, but you can sleep well tonight — Your nightmare is finally over!
