Trump to Stop SNAP Benefits to ‘Blue States’ Refusing to Provide Immigration & Fraud Data. Democrats Sue

There are 42 million people using SNAP food stamp benefits. The Trump Administration requested Immigration status and other data on recipients, but 21 Democrat-led states refused to comply. There is rampant fraud in the system: within the 29 states that did comply, it was revealed that 186,000 deceased people are receiving SNAP benefits and that 500,000 are getting benefits more than once.

Last year, former President Biden, in order to buy votes, reportedly increased food stamp program funding by 40%. Progressives exploit subsidies as a way to lure migrants to the US and buy their votes once they become naturalized. The Democrat agenda is to upend the demographics of the country in their favor.

21 State Attorneys General have filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration and argue that many lawful permanent residents are blocked from the SNAP program even though they qualify under the law. Those include refugees, asylum seekers and people admitted under humanitarian programs once they obtain a green card and meet the program’s income and residency rules. But the federal government has broad authority to determine who is here legally and who gets access to federal subsidies including SNAP.

Missouri Locks the Web, Requires ID Check for “Harmful” Sites. 25 States Have Age Verification Laws

As of November 30, 2025, a new law was instituted in Missouri requiring anyone wishing to visit websites containing “harmful” adult material to prove they are at least 18 years old by showing ID. The law not only restricts access, it also raises serious questions about how much personal data people must surrender just to browse freely.

In Missouri, any site or app where over one-third of the material is classified as “harmful to minors” must block entry until users confirm their age. The companies are permitted to check age through digital ID systems, government-issued documents such as driver’s licenses or passports, or existing transactional data that proves a person’s age. Many people are turning to VPNs.

Lawmakers are increasingly willing to tie access to personal identification, similar to China’s social credit score system.
