That's a great question, and I haven't heard anyone bring it up before. They aren't supposed to serve on a jury, but it almost certainly has happened. A person convicted by a jury with an illegal alien serving on it should have that conviction overturned.
President Trump has been saying that is going to happen. The datacenters will have their own power plants.
I don't know if they are forced to have their own power plant; President Trump has fast-tracked the approval process via emergency declaration.
