Any law repugnant to the constitution is void. Read the declaration of independence, the rights it spells out, and then the 9th amendment to the US Constitution.
It's pretty clear and obvious… the federal government has no authority except that explicitly granted by the states and people, and the states have no authority except that granted by the people.
So for instance, the people retain the rights spelled out in the declaration of independence, and the federal government has no authority to "weigh government interest" against the rights our constitution forbids government from infringing upon. They have been operating unlawfully for a long time.
If this is about returning power to the people and the rule of law…. Why not arrest the governor of every state with any gun control laws under 18 USC 241 and 242?

It's pretty damn clear that any gun control law on the books deprives rights under color of law, so it seems pretty obvious that anyone involved in enforcing them is committing conspiracy against rights.

This video occurred AFTER Florida restored lawful open carry. Federal agents held people 100% lawfully open carrying at gunpoint, threatening to kill them, for simply exercising their rights. That was a CRIME. So where are the arrests @DOJ?
They don't give a flying fuck about our rights or the constitution.
