Q is being explicit, though, about the ONE PERSON that can answer the question. POTUS. Who's going to ask? Will it be a one-on-one? Will it be in a random White House lawn event, like when POTUS came out on that Friday to greet reporters? Rally? Diplomatic meeting? On the golf course over the next 2 weeks?
