Q- game theory mentioned just twice and today's is referential to the post 11.2.17 – repeatedly have said this is not a game– as in

1) Dangerous - not a game– be CAREFUL!

2) Easy - not a game because you have the answers and the Cabal does not

Game Theory – it seems we are in a combinatorial game (like chess with multiple possible moves and outcomes) and am i correct in assuming that Q has PERFECT information and the Cabal/enemy is dealing with IMPERFECT information – making the #2 scenario above the correct interpretation of "not a game" ?
