During the Plandemic Avenir bought Calgary based companies that own many USA companies trying to say it is a 100% Canadian company that is also British and owned by Dubia.

Parkland Corp. signed an agreement with the British energy company Avenir Energy Ltd. to sell the propane production unit for $115 million and supply fuel for ten years. This is reported in a Parkland press release.

 

The deal is in line with the company's strategy to sell $500 million worth of non-core assets by the end of 2025 to increase profitability by simplifying the business structure.

 

The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024. Scotiabank acts as a financial advisor for the sale of assets.

 

Parkland is a Canadian energy and retail company that manages gas station networks under the brands Pioneer, Columbia Fuels, Ultramar, Chevron and Fas Gas Plus. The company owns the rights to the brand of convenience stores in Canada and the United States, as well as the franchise of the fast food chain White Spot Triple O's in Alberta (British Columbia, Canada). Parkland is the owner of the refinery in Burnaby, Canada). The headquarters is located in Calgary (Canada) with 4 thousand branches in Canada, the USA and the Caribbean region.
