Yes, USAID ripped us off trillions of dollars for 2 decades and just about everything that the money was spent on, was not a concrete implementation such as a school, a road, a hospital, a bridge, but in theoretical services like spending time teaching wokeness, studying gayness in insects, stupid stuff like that that cannot be proven nor disproven. There are millions of IT jobs being filled, although almost all are outsourced or given to H1bs or libtards. Why should I be excluded as a whistleblower and patriot? I have 20 years of experience, held top IT positions in various titles, and spent decades in studying multiple areas of IT, routing, hardware, front end and back end programming, databasing, dev ops, networking.
