Creation of universe didn’t start with earth or the solar system. So yes at one point in time we were all one singularity
Then someone told that to all behave accordance with what we call “physics”
He knows the initial conditions to ALL things in universe. Therefore he knows the future because it all follows the laws of nature. Who ever that is is THE GOD imo
