The courts are domestic only, the POTUS is the sole organizer when it comes to foreign affairs and contracts. Congress doesn't even have the authority they are domestic lawmakers, but they do have the right to convene and alter any agreements that are not lawful not likeable. If the courts continue in this manner, I would consider it treason, because if they let tariffs be set in the past and never complained, then they admit that they never had the authority and are just being treasonous towards a sitting POTUS.
