Defense Bill Requires Trump Spy Agencies To Declassify COVID-19 Origins Intel, Chinese Obstruction
Slipped into the nearly 3,100-page National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is a provision that requires "declassification" and "transparency" related to the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, and would require the Trump administration's spy agencies to release its intelligence related to the Wuhan Institute of Virology where COVID research was offshored by the Obama administration in October of 2014 with a grant to EcoHealth Alliance, a New York City nonprofit run by Peter Daszak.
In March of 2018, Daszak submitted a grant proposal titled Project DEFUSE (short for "Defusing the Threat of Bat-borne Coronaviruses") to DARPA, which sought to create genetically modified bat coronaviruses with enhanced potential for human infectivity - including features that could enable aerosol (airborne) transmission. The proposal was ultimately rejected by DARPA over safety concerns - however "if funding became available," then certain components of particular interest could proceed.
So, let's see if the NDAA passes with this language - and whether it confirms the above Fauci-funded adventures in Wuhan. Of note, Peter Daszak - unlike Fauci - was not pardoned by former President Joe Biden and the infamous autopen.

Meta to change policy on ads after EU fine – Brussels
The US tech giant has been forced to allow users to opt out of personalized advertising to comply with the bloc’s digital regulations
Meta has been forced to change its advertising policy in the EU, the European Commission has announced.
The move comes after the Facebook and Instagram owner received a €200 million ($233 million) fine in April under the bloc’s Digital Markets Act (DMA) for failing to provide users with a lawful choice over data-driven advertising.
The Commission stated on Monday that starting next year, Meta will allow users in the EU to opt out of data sharing for personalized ads, adding that this will give consumers “full and effective choice” over how their information is used. Brussels added that it will seek feedback from Meta and other stakeholders once the changes are implemented.
A Meta spokesperson has acknowledged the Commission’s announcement while defending the company’s existing business model, stating that “personalized ads are vital for Europe’s economy.” The spokesperson also said the company believes its current practices already comply with the DMA.
The policy shift comes as tensions between Washington and Brussels over digital regulation have escalated in recent months. US officials have repeatedly criticized the EU’s enforcement actions against American tech companies, arguing that the bloc’s rules amount to overregulation.

The stepson of Ukraine's ambassador to Bulgaria has been arrested and accused of brutally murdering the son of the deputy mayor of Kharkov, in an alleged crypto-related killing in Vienna.
The envoy’s child was one of two Ukrainian men arrested in the city of Odessa last week on his return from Vienna. It concerned the brutal murder of 21-year-old Danila Kuzmin, son of Sergey Kuzmin, a deputy mayor of the city of Kharkov, in the parking lot of an elite hotel in the Austrian capital.
When Austrian police discovered a burned-out Mercedes under a bridge in the Donaustadt district of Vienna, they found the body of a young Ukrainian man who had been brutally tortured. Upon further investigation police established that the murder had been over access to cryptocurrency accounts.
Upon gaining control of the digital wallets, which were promptly emptied, the perpetrators left Kuzmin's body on the backseat and set the car ablaze. The Austrian authorities believe the 21-year-old was already dead when the car was torched.

President Donald Trump says wealthy foreigners are abusing the nation’s birthright citizenship policy to bring their foreign relatives to the United States after having secured citizenship through their U.S.-born children.
During an interview with Politico’s Dasha Burns, Trump said he hopes the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) overturns the birthright citizenship policy, where the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens and other foreign nationals are rewarded birthright American citizenship though the parents have no ties to the U.S.

Former Israeli Spies Now Overseeing US Government Cybersecurity
The Pentagon, Treasury Department, DHS, and a variety of other US government agencies have begun relying on a firm launched by former Israeli military intelligence operatives to consolidate and protect their data.
A company with deep ties to Israeli intelligence oversees cyber security across more than seventy US government agencies, including the Department of Defense and Homeland Security.
Axonius was founded by former spies in Israel’s Unit 8200 and its software, which allows an operator ‘visibility and control over all types and number of devices,’ collects and analyses the digital data of millions of US federal employees.
The stated aim of the Axonius platform is to centralize IT tools to identity and fix security breaches. As a product of Israeli intelligence, however, the scale of Axonius’s use across the US government raises serious questions.
Axonius was founded and is currently run by Israelis Dean Sysman, Ofri Shur and Avidor Bartov, who met in the 2010s while working on the same team within Israel’s Unit 8200 spy service. On his LinkedIn profile, Sysman offers few details of their work for the IDF, describing it simply as having ‘far-reaching implications.’

President Donald Trump announced Monday that he will sign an executive order later in the week that would be a huge gift to the tech overlords jamming artificial intelligence down our throats.
Trump said the order would create federal rules and approvals for AI to nuke the “patchwork” of state laws and regulations that have emerged in recent years.
There are a couple of big problems with this executive order, defended by David Sacks, the White House AI and crypto czar. Sacks is a prominent Silicon Valley venture capitalist and essentially functions as the chief White House lobbyist for the tech industry.
One, this should be fully debated in Congress and made law by Congress. We know all too well that Congress is useless and would rather sit on its hands and let special interest groups and lobbyists write the laws, and they have done nothing to create federal regulatory standards on AI. This executive order might make sense if federal standards already existed. But they don’t, which is why states have been left to their own devices to regulate AI.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said on Tuesday that aspects of the Trump administration’s National Security Strategy paper are “unacceptable” to Europeans.
Last week, the White House released its formal National Security Strategy paper, which criticised European Union nations for engaging in mass migration and censorship, which Washington warned would lead the continent towards “civilizational erasure”.
While the document caused a stir among the legacy media and establishment politicians, EU leaders were largely mum on the critiques over the weekend. However, on Tuesday, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz pushed back against the Trump administration.
“Some of it is unacceptable to us from a European perspective,” Merz said of the U.S. strategy paper, per Der Spiegel. “I see no need for the Americans to now want to save democracy in Europe. If it could be saved – we could manage that on our own.”
“In my discussions with the Americans, I say: ‘America first is fine,’ but ‘America alone’ cannot be in your interest… You also need partners in the world, and one of those partners can be Europe. And if you can’t do anything with Europe, then at least make Germany your partner,” he continued.
While figures such as Merz have attempted to cast the Trump administration’s stance towards Europe as purely isolationist, this has not been borne out in the actions taken by the White House, such as pressuring European allies to increase their NATO spending, particularly delinquent nations like Germany, as well as renegotiating the trading relationship between the EU and the U.S. over the summer.

According to Al Jazeera, al-Duhaini’s history includes working for the Palestinian Authority and later joining the Army of Islam, or Jaysh al-Islam (not to be confused with a Syrian group with the same name), a Gaza-based Salafi jihadist group with a similar ideology to al-Qaeda that declared its allegiance to ISIS in 2015.
Israeli media has also reported on al-Duhaini’s jihadist past, with The Jerusalem Post saying he was once a “commander in a terrorist group in Gaza that was associated with al-Qaeda.”

Additionally, the old settlement of Sa Nur, which was evacuated in 2005 but is in the process of being rebuilt and repopulated, had its former emblem formally reauthorized.
A month ago, the commander of IDF Central Command, Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth, approved and signed off on the jurisdictional boundaries of the eight settlements following preparatory work carried out by the Civil Administration department of the Defense Ministry, which is under the authority of Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich.
In total, some 49 new settlements or illegal outposts have been approved for construction or retroactive legalization under the current government. Prior to the tenure of the current administration, which began in late 2022, virtually no new settlements had been approved or outposts legalized since the late 1990s.

Ukraine to receive $800M in US support for 2026-2027
On Sunday, December 7, US lawmakers unveiled the final text of the defense policy bill, which includes record funding for national security as well as aid for Ukraine, according to Reuters, Fox News, and AOL.
Media reports state that the bill allocates $901 billion for military spending for fiscal year 2026-$8 billion more than what President Donald Trump requested in May of this year.
The legislation also assists Ukraine.
“The legislation reauthorizes the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative at $400 million per year for fiscal years 2026 and 2027,” Fox News reports.
Additionally, the US Congress will require more frequent reporting on allied contributions to Ukraine to track how European partners support Kyiv.
