An article I read recently says most resumes are not seen by a human, they are scanned by a computer program. If the program is written to be biased, only certain applicants will make it through. Just another way of scamming the system to keep qualified people out due to being the wrong candidate for the DEI/WOKE/HR latte loving hiring manager.
