Alec Baldwin has relisted his historic Amagansett, New York, Hamptons mansion for $21 million, marking a $2 million increase from its last listing in July 2024 when it was priced at $19 million.
The seven-bedroom, nine-bath farmhouse, originally built in 1740 and expanded to 10,000 square feet, is situated on a 10-acre estate and has been on and off the market since first being listed in November 2022 for $29 million.
The property, which Baldwin and his wife Hilaria have owned since 1996, was previously taken off the market after they accepted an offer but later changed their minds.
The home is located at 335 Town Lane (or 355 Town Lane, per some sources) in Amagansett, New York.
It features a cedar-shingled exterior, blue shutters, a pool, covered balconies, a spa, and a portrait of Hilaria Baldwin as a centerpiece in the living room.
Baldwin first listed the property for $29 million in 2022, following the fatal Rust shooting, and has since reduced the price multiple times before relisting it at a higher figure.
The relisting comes after a year-long break from the market and follows a 2024 real estate video where Baldwin expressed his emotional attachment to the home, stating he was "always happiest" there.
The property is being marketed by Saunders & Associates, with Scott Bradley as the listing agent.
