Neighbor calls cops about old man burning the grass in his own yard with a torch, so the dumbest fucking cop on the planet shows up, unlawfully demands ID (NO ID in TX until lawfully arrested) and when the old man lawfully refuses, he unlawfully arrests him FOR FUCKING ARSON.

Note even if the charge were valid, since they were on the curtilage of the home, a warrant is required. So, not only did the DOMESTIC ENEMY come up with a bogus charge, and unlawful reason for arrest, he couldn't be bothered to get a fucking warrant for that arrest.

Then, when the boss makes him release him, the cop just drives away. No apology, nothing, just attitude. The way he treated the old man is DISGUSTING and that fucking cop belongs in jail.
