I have to. No matter what. It's like… fuck this'll sound stupid… a calling. Just instinct to, basically. And, kind of gave an oath, have to think of that when the waters start getting rough and I go wandering.

Yep. Amazing time for computing though. Atari had the music shit because of its built-in MIDI adapters. Commodore had the video-editing and graphics. And Apple had mainly desktop publishing back then. Only one American company of those three survived unfortunately.

Nah. Where's your mind at if you're thinking that about a disk drive? The 354 was only 360KB, single-sided. Had to get a fancy 314 for a full 720KB, then all internals became double-sided, until finally HD drives for a couple years until Atari's computer division folded. One nice thing about those drives is you could have custom formats. 10 sectors per track, 82 tracks was common. 11 sectors per track was pushing it though, could cause issues, but worked for some people.

180K? KEK, my first drive was only 90KB, single-sided, single-density. Then I got an upgrade to a 1050 when I was 11 which provided a whole 130K per disk. Never did get one of those fancy Happy upgrades that gave full track buffering and full double-density for 180K, along with being able to copy damn near every copy protected disk.

Yeah. Kind of an abomination and affront to God to kill your parents. I sure as fuck have been mad at mine before, but the thought of doing something like that has never entered my mind ever in 51 years, and I know for a fact that it never will.

KEK. You think you get to write the rules for something like that? Checking post numbers really doesn't interest me to be honest. I see it as the lowest hanging fruit of digits but somehow treated as something special because of how rare they are on anotehr platform, because of the volume of posts there. Here though it's pretty much guaranteed to hit unless the spamtards are coming in heavy. Timestamps are where it's at, man. EST timestamps, with math in 'em. Butters the banana something nice.

KEK. What, you haven't had someone list off the websites you've visited or make comments about the genre of porn you watched? Never had someone leave something beside your fence directly related to what you've posted here? Ever had your name and location posted here? I have, they do it subtly though, just to let a person know. I like reminding them that I couldn't care less.

Nah, I doubt the wives would be shamed. Probably give them pointers how to do it right or something. I kid, of course. Always imagined marine wives to be as hardcore as they are, not an accurate assumption, but it's what I work with.
